Uses butter and refined white flour with heavy added sugar; lacks olive oil, whole grains, or Mediterranean staples beyond the fruit.
Contains dairy milk and butter, and optional ice cream; not vegan without substitutions.
Almost entirely plant-based with sugar, flour, and fruit; incompatible with carnivore.
Contains grains (all-purpose flour), refined sugar, dairy, and baking powder — all excluded on paleo.
Loaded with sugar and flour delivering ~61g carbs per serving; far exceeds keto limits.
Apples are high-FODMAP (excess fructose and sorbitol) and wheat flour contains fructans; poor fit.
Contains flour, sugar, dairy, and baking powder — multiple non-compliant ingredients.
Carb-heavy dessert with minimal protein (3g) and unbalanced macros; does not meet Zone's 40/30/30 ratio.
Cinnamon and apples offer some benefit, but refined sugar, refined flour, and butter are pro-inflammatory.
Calorie-dense sugary dessert low in protein and fiber; unlikely to support satiety goals of GLP-1 eating patterns.
