Diet-by-diet
Extremely high in sodium from ketchup, processed sausages, and processed cheese, with refined white bread — the opposite of DASH principles.
Ultra-processed ingredients, refined white bread, industrial sauces, and processed meat conflict with the Mediterranean emphasis on whole foods, olive oil, and fresh produce.
Contains wurstel sausages, processed cheese, and mayonnaise (eggs), all animal-derived.
Includes bread, ketchup, and mayonnaise, which are all non-carnivore; only the sausage and cheese loosely fit.
Grain-based bread, processed cheese, industrial sauces, and hot dogs are all excluded from paleo.
White bread and ketchup add significant carbs and sugar, disqualifying this from a keto approach despite the fat content.
Wheat bread, ketchup (often with garlic/onion or HFCS), and sausages typically contain FODMAP triggers.
Violates Whole30 on nearly every axis: bread, sugar-containing ketchup, processed cheese, and processed sausage.
Poor macro balance — heavy refined carbs and low-quality fats with minimal lean protein and no vegetables.
Processed meats, refined flour, added sugars, and industrial seed oils in mayonnaise are all pro-inflammatory.
Low fiber, low protein density, and calorie-dense processed ingredients make this a poor fit for GLP-1 friendly eating.
