It is built almost entirely on heavy cream, sugar, and chocolate — meaning it is high in saturated fat, high in sugar, and delivers very little protein or fiber relative to its calorie load. Heavy cream slows digestion further on top of GLP-1-induced delayed gastric emptying, significantly increasing the risk of nausea, reflux, and bloating. The high fat content is exactly the profile that worsens GLP-1 side effects most reliably. Sugar provides empty calories at a time when every bite needs to count nutritionally. The egg content contributes a small amount of protein, but not enough to meaningfully offset the drawbacks. Cocoa powder does contain trace fiber and antioxidants, but in the quantities used here the benefit is negligible.
